• ECONOMY PEST CONTROL starts at $19 a month. It includes the following: (1) A granular treatment on all natural surfaces, such as grass and mulch beds. (2) Outside bait stations are setup to draw insects away from your house. (3) Unlimited outside service calls (as requested). (4) Please note spiders and flying insects are not covered on this program.
• SILVER PEST CONTROL starts at $33 a month. It includes the following: (1) The monthly treatment consists of three phases. Phase one is a solid spray of liquid around the entire house. This creates a solid barrier. Phase two entails knocking down obvious spider webs and hornet nests. Phase three is seasonal. During springtime a granular treatment may be applied around the house for extra security. (2) Outside ant bait stations are setup and monitored to draw ants away from your house. (3) Unlimited inside and outside service calls (as requested). (4) One free exterior inspection per calendar year (automatic). (5) Please note spiders and flying insects are not directly covered on this program.
• GOLD PEST CONTROL starts at $49 a month. It includes the following: (1) The monthly treatment consists of four phases. Phase one is a solid spray of liquid around the entire house. This creates a solid barrier. Phase two entails knocking down obvious spider webs and hornet nests. Phase three consists of dusting all of the eaves to prevent reinfestation of spiders and flying insects. During springtime a granular treatment may be applied for extra security. (2) Outside ant bait stations are setup and monitored monthly to draw ants away from your house. (3) Unlimited inside and outside service calls (as requested). (4) One free exterior inspection per calendar year (automatic). (5) One free interior inspection per calendar year (as requested). • BROWN RECLUSE CONTROL starts at $79 a month. It includes the following: (1) A granular treatment around the house to help reduce general insect population. (2) Each month we treat part of the inside of the house for brown recluse spiders. (3) We monitor glue traps inside your home to insure brown recluse populations are under control. (4) We monitor areas more likely to be infested and look for cracks and crevices that can be sealed. (5) We use 100% organic dust. The dust is so safe it is approved by the FDA as food. (6) Please note this program focuses only on brown recluse spiders. For control of additional insects a custom program should be considered.
• MOLE CONTROL starts at $20 a month plus an initial removal free. It includes the following: (1) A monthly granular castor oil repellent that will keep the moles away, GUARANTEED! (2) All treatments are 100% safe for children and pets. (3) Monitoring the yard for new moles. (4) If a mole comes back while you are on the program we will remove it at no cost to you. (5) We apply a granular instead of a liquid so that you enjoy your grass immediately after application.
